The multigrill is equipped with an electronic thermostat that instantly responds to temperature drops. The built in sensor measures the exact temperature of your food and displays the information on the LED display, allowing you to check its internal temperature and cook it just the way you like it. The SEAR function allows the dish to be perfectly fried on the outside, while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. Ideal for sealing meat in the early stages of cooking.
